Our Mission Statement
The mission of the Valley View Estates Property Owners Association is to represent the needs of all property owners, preserve community assets, ensure a vibrant and sustainable environment, and enhance community living through responsible stewardship and transparent governance.  We strive to improve the quality of life and a sense of belonging in Valley View Estates and we encourage you to visit this website frequently for the latest in community news and information.  All covenants, by-laws, and other important information can be viewed and downloaded from our documents section.

Please understand the responsibilities and functions of the Board of Directors is to conduct the administrative tasks related to the Valley Estates P.O.A in accordance with the covenants and by-laws that govern our community.  We encourage all members to read our community covenants and by-laws.  The covenants and by-laws regulate the conduct and business affairs of our development so please familiarize yourself with these documents as they are legally binding.  We believe an informed community is a stronger community so if you have any questions or concerns with the terms included in these documents feel free to contact us.
